Andy Welk is a dedicated REALTOR® whose background in emergency services has shaped the way he serves his clients. Before entering real estate, he worked as both a paramedic and flight medic and continues to serve as a firefighter and paramedic in Montgomery County, Maryland. Years of making critical decisions in high-pressure situations have instilled in him a calm, focused, and service-driven approach that helps clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence.
Committed to serving both his community and the real estate profession, Andy serves as a School Director for the Lampeter-Strasburg School District and is actively involved with the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS® and the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®.
When he’s not working, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, and their three children, staying active in the community, and worshiping at Millersville Bible Church.
